"Children and parent need a space where they can explore together. A space where parents can learn to teach their children and play with their children. This is a vital component of parenthood that we need to expound upon. Communication."

Former Chair of Programming Committee (RIH, 2024)
Rosemary's Babies Company focuses on providing resources and education for teen parents and their children. Since inception, the organization has provided a learning and play area devoted to ensuring the babies of adolescent parents are developmentally on task.

In 2022, as Rosemary's Babies crafted a plan to develop their new facility, they made a commitment to the community to: expand services, assist in bridging the educational gap for babies in the North Avondale/Avondale area, and work to provide a communal space that offered a welcoming environment for both teen parents and their neighbors.

In 2024, Rosemary's Babies Co. partnered with the P.E.T.A.L.S Incorporation, to create a facility that would provide an affordable option for the community to learn and play; as well as teen parents to do the same at zero costs.

Under this partnership, The P.E.T.A.L.S Playhouse would provide Rosemary's Babies Co. space for educational activities for babies and infants Monday-Thursday. Additionally, teen parents >19 are able to rent the space at reduced rates.
